How to wear high heels

One of the most common questions that women ask themselves is, "How do I wear high heels?" Wearing a pair of these shoes is not as easy as it looks. In this article, we will go over some tips and tricks on how to make wearing high heels more comfortable and stylish.

1. Wear them with flats or wedges for a more comfortable option

If you are not accustomed to wearing high heels, start out wearing them with flats or wedges. This will give your feet a chance to adjust to the feeling of wearing heels as well as give you a chance to practice walking in them.

2. Wear them with a slight heel – this allows for more stability"

A good tip is to wear a shoe with a small heel, such as 1-1.5 inches. It will allow for more stability and balance while also being much easier on your feet and knees than on a shoe that has a 3-inch heel or higher.

3. Put on some heel cushions for extra padding and support

Another good tip is to wear heel cushions or padding. This will provide extra padding and support for your foot. You can find these at the drugstore or any shoe store.

4. Wear a closed-toe shoe with a low heel, such as an oxford

Again, as you get used to wearing high heels, try opting for a shoe that has a closed toe and a lower heel — such as an oxford — rather than sling-backs or open-toed shoes. This will provide more stability and balance for your foot and ankle without sacrificing too much comfort."

5. Walk slowly when first wearing heels to avoid pain and discomfort.

When you are walking, twist your ankles back and forth - this will help your ankles get stronger while also ensuring that your feet are ever so slightly rolling inwards.
